Mentorship Training Workshop
Many Human Genetics faculty members participated in BREO's Mentorship Training workshop this week. Sessions were led by U of U faculty certified in CIMER's Entering Mentoring and Entering Research curricula (U Wisconsin-Madison). Faculty groups discussed common mentorship scenarios and shared their perspectives about how to help trainees with different backgrounds - whether from rural Utah or international locations, bench science or computational research - meet their research and career goals.

Assessing understanding
Fostering independence
